Eva does a remarkable job covering all the areas for soul cleansing, and it is easy to understand in this format. She does a thorough job explaining how intrusions to our energy fields can occur and then how to clear them. She also gives us background information on each type of energy. She covers areas most of us never think of beyond the typical past lives, etc. I was particularly intrigued by her chapter on Curse and Ill Wishes as I had not seen anyone write about that before in terms of energy healing. This is an excellent book for practiced energy healers as well as beginners! It will be a book to be referred to again and again. She is truly someone who writes and heals with her heart (and also brings with her a lot of experience).

If you wish to learn more in detail how negative energy affects you and how you can not only protect yourself but your loved ones, you will enjoy this book very much. It has so much information that even if you do not want to become a practising healer you will learn so much useful tools and information that should be thought to all souls from a young age. I love Eva's books and this one is a true gift of knowledge for all people who are awake

I was attracted to buy this book not knowing if I'd need it or not. I'm drawn to similar work. Eva is very thorough in explaining what to look for and how to do it. This will definitely be a reference book in my library :)

I have been practicing opening and closing my energy as Eva Marquez has written and it's amazing. I can feel the lightness in my body when I close up my energy. I decided to try it while I'm cooking, shopping and I even did it my Aqua Zumba class this week. connecting to healing energy just makes life more fun. You can feel positive energy and if you connect to it you can see the auras and lights around you. Knowing how to close our energies is great protection for our well being. I didn't practice self healing as much in the past because I always thought you have to be in a silent room and get very serious. But now I know it can be used to check in with your body at any time.

Wow! I loved the book. It is very helpful. Some new ideas/theories i haven’t been introduced to. It gave me new insights on fears, suffering, and the importance of Universal LOVE.
