Interesting read! Incredible life story of C.S. Lewis that many people don't know of! He had an action packed life, and is defiantly a must buy!! We collect the Master Storyteller Series, and this book was awesome!! Would Highly recommend!!!
My third grade son learned a lot about CS Lewis. His only complaint was that it had too many details for a kid. Over all, It was well written and informative.
I love this series, but this is my least favorite book in the series of the 6 I've read so far.
This is the second book our family has read together from the Christian Heroes: Then & Now series, and it will not be the last. We have enjoyed "getting to know" C.S. Lewis as he is portrayed in this biography. Well-written and age appropriate for mid-to-upper elementary students as a read-aloud and beyond as a read alone book.
